Taiwan Recipe, KL Malaysia

19:00 06/04/2012 Whenever payday comes, there is a money to burn for our indulgence. It’s not material possession nor intangible things, we’re referring to FOOD. I guess everyone is guilty of it, not unless you’re a scrooge. It’s been customary for us, from the moment we’ve been together and had never skipped  even once.  It’s been a year, the first time we treat ourselves at Taiwan Recipe and so many memories in this place. Most of the time happy, burp and tapau (take away) moments.
Taiwan Recipe is one of our favorite dining place when we’re still living at the old condo. Accessibility is just a second reason why we love them, it’s their delectable Taiwanese style of food.

Prawns is gigantic, and it looks as it is 🙂

Our old time favorites are Crispy Chicken and Prawn Tempura Set. It comes with Cabbage Salad with Dressing, Rice top with oozing Pork bits, yummy vegetable soup and generous side dishes.

The Pork bits stew rice  toppings is already a meal itself, much more for a set. Spell GLUTTONY!

Surprisingly we still have room in our tummy, and we ordered their best seller pan-fried dumplings. Honestly, not something to boast, I guess our standard for dim sum and dumplings is  high enough. But if you gonna asked us what’s the food we can recommend at Taiwan Recipe?

Without second thought, it’s their real best seller “Assorted Snowy Ice”. Sweet mangoes, strawberries. kiwi, sago like and shaved ice. The ice floss with cream is the secret why it’s spectacular. Spoonful of this dessert will make you crave even more.

We able to visit one of their branch at Midvalley Mega Mall but we kinda like the ambiance at Pearl Point. If you’ve come to Malaysia, and want something to try out from their staple food, Taiwan Recipe is a good start.

Address: Lot 1.0.27 and 1.0.32 Ground Floor  Pearl Point Shopping Mall, Batu 5, 58000 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur,  Malaysia

Note: This is not paid post or some sort, we just want to share our good experience with this restaurant.
