Absolute Thai Street Food, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

13:45 21/02/2016 It’s been a while since we savored an authentic Thai delicious street food at Koh Lipe. We’d been spoiled of freshest, Som Tam,  Pad Thai, Grilled Pork on skewers, Tom Yum and the list goes on. Though we’re cooking Thai meals at home. It was never as good the ones you can buy on any street in Thailand. Our cravings for Thai street food was satiated upon our surprise discovery of this food joint at the Gardens Mall.


The staff of Absolute Thai are accommodating and attentive to their guests. In no time we got seated on the corner side and took our order swiftly. Not waiting for long we got our Pad Thai and Beef Noodles.

First visit
Pad Thai in Absolute Thai reminds us of our first ever meal of this famous dish during our visit in Bangkok. It has a  balanced taste of sweetness, sour, spiciness and saltiness. The serving is quite generous and they didn’t compromise the ingredients. This is actually way better than we tried on our hotel in Phuket. We can’t stop saying “Aroi”, “Aroi Mak”.
 
Second visit


 

Beef Noodles is another winner here at Absolute Thai. The base soup which obviously been boiled for several hours to achieve this aromatic savory taste. The beef strips is very tender and perfectly blended on the  soup with hints of cinnamon, celery, cilantro and fish sauce. Yum!



Basil Chicken with Rice is intended for spicy food lovers. The stinging spicy is quite addictive which later on win over our taste buds. A perfect meal for hardcore spicy foodies. 



 

 
The food above complements well with their Thai Iced Lemon Tea. It has a soothing taste with an earthy fragrance fused with lemon zest. Nice combo to wash those delish Thai food.



We’d already been on our second visit of Absolute Thai Street Food and thinking about to drop again soon.
